The staff were lovely and super friendly. The location was amazin, right by the beach! The three-bedroom garden suite was cozy and had everything we needed. The resort is really pretty, great for family walks and chilling around. Honestly, i would totally come back here again.
The check-in process was super slow and annoying, especially with a tired baby. Some restaurants were closed, so not much choice for dinner.

The location was unbeatable, near Piri Piri steakhouse. The staff were amazingly attentive and helpful, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge...

Beautiful outdoor surroundings, Multiple pools, Well-maintained outdoor playground
Walking paths outside grass areas need improvement!!! Fast internal roadways raise safety concerns!!! Indoor children's play area is non-existent!!! Amenities like the towel hut and shuttle service require better management!!!

Beautiful surroundings, limited dining options
The complex is beautiful, with scenic landscaping and several pool options. We loved our apartment, light-filled and equipped with everything for family meals. Plus.

The One-Bedroom Garden Suite was perfect for our family. The kitchenette was a lifesaver. We easily prepared meals and formula for our baby. The resort's gardens were fine, and we loved the spacious playground. We had a great time exploring the outdoor pools and walking around the beautiful complex 🌿

Clean and cozy room. Comfortable beds made for good sleep. Beautiful outdoor surroundings with multiple pools for lounging. The kitchenette in the one-bedroom garden suite worked well for our family meals. Staff were attentive when we needed assistance. The dining options were pricey and limited, and the slow check-in process left us waiting after a long journey. We struggled to find suitable food options since many restaurants closed, especially when our kids needed to eat earlier in the evening. The towel hut by the pool was closed , and some amenities were not functioning as advertised. There were safety concerns regarding the fast internal roadways. I wouldn't let my kids roam freely. On another note, I faced inconveniences with room service delivery costs being quite high, and I occasionally found the restaurants overpriced for their quality compared to other places.

Beautiful resort but dining options need improvement
The outdoor pools were lovely and the surroundings were picturesque. I found the restaurants on-site to be quite overpriced and limited in options were good.

Loved the fine beach access and the beautiful pools. Our room had a clean, functional kitchen, but we had some trouble with restaurant closures, which made dining plans a bit of a hassle. Still a great family getaway!

Family stay for lovely memories
The apartment was fantastic , kitchen had good appliances. It was great for cooking meals for the baby and the room was super clean. The resort is beautiful and I really appreciated how well-equipped the kids playground was , kept my little ones entertained.
Let's be real , it wasn't inexpensive but I guess it comes with the territory.

Perfect spot for families!
The kitchenette made meal prep easy, especially with our little one. The outdoor pools were awesome for hanging out, and we enjoyed some nice family walks around the beautifully landscaped grounds. One restaurant closed early, made dinner a bit tricky sometimes.

Access to all resort facilities, beautiful beach, luxurious apartments. Great for families with Porto Pirata. So many activities, I need a vacation from my vacation!
I had the pleasure of experiencing arrogant staff, early check-out surprises, and the joy of changing diapers in my car. Oh, and don't forget the overpriced restaurants!
